Norwich City Football Club has declared that Asian wagering firm BK8 Sports will take the place of Dafabet as its new primary collaborator and become the jersey sponsor.

The arrangement will encompass the 2021-22 campaign, with the BK8 emblem showcased on the athletes’ jerseys and practice outfits throughout the season.

Norwich City will also collaborate with BK8 to deliver a variety of activities for supporters.

“BK8 is undeniably a fresh brand for City enthusiasts, but in Asia, they are a reputable name,” remarked Norwich Chief Operating Officer Ben Kensell. “The Premier League boasts over 3 billion cumulative television viewers and is transmitted in over 1 billion residences, a substantial portion of which are in Asia.

“Supporting BK8 in their marketing to Premier League fans worldwide also provides our organization with further chances to expand our own visibility and commercial endeavors into these markets.”

As part of the accord, former Norwich City player Darren Eadie has joined BK8 as a brand representative and will assist in supporting and driving engagement.

“BK8 shares the club’s aspiration for continuous enhancement,” stated Eadie.

The persistent yearning to chase ambitious objectives in the face of hardship is what binds us together.

Norwich City has secured a fresh jersey sponsorship agreement with internet wagering operator Dafabet. This follows the club’s achievement of a record-breaking commercial understanding with Dafabet.

Dafabet has been the club’s primary associate since the 2019-20 campaign. Their branding was displayed on the jerseys for the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons, but the team sought a new primary associate ahead of their return to the top flight for the 2021-22 season.

“We declared record-breaking commercial income for the football club during our 2019-20 Premier League season,” stated Kensell. “We have also recently experienced a highly successful Championship season, despite the difficulties of the pandemic.

“Dafabet has been a dedicated supporter throughout that period. As a club with a clear model, the contributions of our official partners and the Dafabet crew have been essential. As the partnership draws to a close, we sincerely express our gratitude for their support and wish them all the best.”

Dafabet CEO Dimitris Karatzas added: “We have partnered with Norwich City for two years and I am thrilled to see the club back where it belongs, in the Premier League.

“Over the past two years, we have connected with the team managing the club in a variety of ways, building a relationship that has surpassed our expectations.”

Dafabet has inked numerous sports sponsorship agreements with Celtic, a Scottish Premier League club, and Cadiz, a Spanish La Liga side. They also recently extended their title sponsorship of the 2021 World Snooker Championships.
