The Scandinavian digital marketing firm, Catena Media, experienced a robust initial six months of 2017, as earnings escalated by 78% compared to the previous year. They amassed a substantial €30 million, practically twice their €17 million intake from the corresponding timeframe in 2016. Profits also witnessed an uptick, with their operational profit reaching €12 million, a significant 45% surge.

Beyond just revenue, Catena Media was drawing in new clients at an impressive rate. They observed a massive 115% rise in fresh depositing patrons, a strong indication that their promotional endeavors were yielding positive results.

Chief Executive Robert Andersson expressed understandable satisfaction, remarking that they were “adequately equipped for the latter half of the year” and assured in their approach for sustained expansion through both augmenting their current operations and by securing promising new ventures.

Catena Media, an organization that links users with online wagering platforms, recently declared robust financial results despite encountering a hurdle in the Netherlands. The Dutch gambling regulator issued a stop and desist directive against Catena for breaching promotional rules concerning its internet gaming brands.

Michael Andersson, the Chief Executive Officer of Catena Media, stressed the firm’s dedication to regulatory adherence, affirming that they function within rigorous legal and moral frameworks. He elaborated that the Dutch gambling authority has implemented more stringent protocols for internet gaming sites targeting players in the Netherlands. Consequently, Catena Media has opted to momentarily withdraw from the Netherlands to guarantee complete conformity. Although this will result in a transient decline in earnings, projected to be approximately €1-1.5 million monthly, Andersson maintains that it strategically positions the company for a possible future return when the regulatory environment evolves.
